Monthly & Quarterly Bookkeeping
Recording sales and expenses, categorizing transactions and keeping your general ledger accurate, with a simple report each period.
Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
Every account reconciled to the statement, so the numbers you use for decisions — and for tax — match what actually happened.
Payroll Processing
Pay runs with CPP (including CPP2), EI and income tax source deductions calculated and remitted on schedule, plus Records of Employment when staff leave.
T4 & T4A Slips
Year-end payroll slips and summaries prepared and filed with the CRA, and copies issued to your employees and contractors.
GST Registration & Returns
Alberta has no PST, so most Alberta businesses charge only the 5% GST. We register your account, file returns and claim input tax credits correctly.
Catch-Up & Clean-Up
Behind on your books? We bring past months or years up to date so you can file outstanding returns and get back on track.
Set Up Once, Then Run Smoothly
A predictable monthly routine with a fixed scope and fee.

Typical deadlines for small employers and GST registrants. Your remitter type and GST reporting period can change these dates.

Bookkeeping & Payroll Questions
Most small employers are regular remitters and must send the CRA the CPP, EI and income tax they deducted by the 15th of the month after the pay date. Larger employers may have to remit more often; the CRA tells you your remitter type.
Most businesses must register once their taxable sales exceed $30,000 over four consecutive calendar quarters. Below that you are a small supplier and can choose to register voluntarily — which can make sense if you want to claim input tax credits on your costs.
We work in QuickBooks Online and other common cloud bookkeeping software. If you already use one, we can work in your file; if not, we can set one up and connect your bank feeds.
It depends on the number of transactions, accounts and employees. After a free consultation we quote a fixed monthly fee so you know the cost in advance.
