Edmonton Clients Ask

No. Many Edmonton clients work with us entirely by phone, video call and secure document upload. If you prefer to meet in person, our office at 12 Blackfoot Road, Unit #6 has free on-site parking and is a short drive from Edmonton via Wye Road or Highway 16.

Yes. Alberta administers its own corporate income tax, so Alberta corporations file an Alberta AT1 return with Alberta Tax and Revenue Administration in addition to the federal T2 filed with the CRA. We prepare both.

No. Alberta does not have a provincial sales tax, so most goods and services sold in Alberta are subject only to the 5% GST. Businesses with more than $30,000 in taxable sales over four consecutive calendar quarters generally must register for GST; smaller businesses can choose to register voluntarily.

Fees depend on the complexity of your return or books. After a free initial consultation we give you a written quote and engagement letter before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Bring your tax slips (T4, T4A, T5, T3, T5008), RRSP and FHSA receipts, childcare, medical and donation receipts, and last year's Notice of Assessment. New clients should also bring a copy of last year's return. We send a personalized checklist when you book.
